Returns & Exchanges

At Local Boy Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
